Terms & Conditions for Linkedify
Effective Date: October 11, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Linkedify mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
2. Service Provider
The App is developed, owned, and operated by Suresh Timma ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our"). This is a Freemium service provided "AS IS" for your use.

3. License and Restrictions
License Grant:
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions:
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its source code
- Translate the App into other languages or create derivative works
- Extract source code or proprietary algorithms from the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers, systems, or networks
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
Intellectual Property:
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the App, its content, design, and features remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. The "Linkedify" name and logo are protected trademarks.
4. Personal Data & Privacy
Data Collection:
- The App collects and processes personal and device data as described in our Privacy Policy
- By using the App, you consent to data collection, processing, and sharing as outlined in the Privacy Policy
Google Services:
- We use Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google Play Services as part of the App
- These services collect data automatically and are governed by their respective privacy policies
- By using the App, you also agree to Google's terms and privacy practices
User Responsibility:
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide
- You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- You must not share sensitive login data or credentials with third parties

5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with and relies on third-party services. By using Linkedify, you are also bound by their respective terms:
- Google Play Services Terms
- Google Analytics for Firebase Terms
- Firebase Crashlytics Terms
- AdMob Advertising Terms
- Razorpay Payment Terms
- LinkedIn API Terms (for LinkedIn integration features)
The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.
6. User Responsibilities
Device Security:
- Keep your mobile device and credentials secure at all times
- Do not share sensitive login information, passwords, or personal data unnecessarily
- Use strong passwords and enable device security features (PIN, biometric authentication)
Device Modification:
Do not root (Android) or jailbreak (iOS) your device, as it may:
- Impair app security, functionality, and privacy protections
- Expose your device to malware, viruses, and security vulnerabilities
- Violate third-party service terms and void warranties
- Cause the App to malfunction or not function at all
Internet Connectivity:
- The App requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for full functionality
- You are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity
- Service Provider is not responsible if the App doesn't function due to lack of internet access
Data Charges:
- If using the App outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's data charges apply
- You may incur charges for data usage, including roaming charges when using the App outside your home country/region
- You accept full responsibility for all data charges, roaming fees, and carrier costs
- If you are not the bill payer for your device, ensure you have obtained permission before using the App
Device Battery:
- Ensure your device remains charged for uninterrupted service
- Service Provider is not responsible if you cannot access the App due to low or depleted battery
Lawful Use:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Do not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
Freemium Model:
- The App offers both free and premium (paid) subscription tiers
- Free users have access to limited features with usage restrictions
- Premium users receive unlimited access to all features
Payment Processing:
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (third-party payment processor)
- All subscription fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
- Subscription prices are subject to change with prior notice
Billing:
- Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or as one-time purchases
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through the App or your device's subscription settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You will be charged for renewal at the then-current subscription price
- We will provide notice before any price changes take effect
8. Usage, Availability, and Updates
Service Modifications:
Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Update, upgrade, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
- Add or remove features without notice
- Change pricing for services with reasonable notice
- Implement usage limits or restrictions
App Updates:
- We may release updates, patches, and new versions to improve functionality, security, and performance
- Updates may be required for continued use of the App
- You agree to download and install updates when offered
- Failure to update may result in reduced functionality or incompatibility
Availability:
Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available or uninterrupted
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
- The App will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
- Third-party services will remain available or functional
Notifications:
- You agree to receive notifications, alerts, and updates through the App
- Notifications may include service updates, feature announcements, and promotional messages
- You can manage notification preferences in the App settings
Platform Requirements:
- The App is currently available for Android and iOS devices
- Operating system requirements may change as we add features or improve security
- Service Provider may extend or limit platform availability at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Provision:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Service Provider makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability or non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Disclaimer of Damages:
Service Provider is NOT responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Device damage or malfunction
- Loss of use or inability to access the App
- Reliance on app content, features, or third-party integrations
- Security breaches or unauthorized access to your data
- Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the App
- Third-party service failures or unavailability
Third-Party Content:
- Service Provider relies on third-party services (Google, LinkedIn, Firebase, etc.) to provide information and functionality
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data or services
- Reliance on app information or third-party service data is at your own risk
Maximum Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Service Provider's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Jurisdictional Limitations:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental/consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
Termination by Service Provider:
Service Provider can terminate or suspend your access to the App and these Terms at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- At our sole discretion, with or without notice
Termination by User:
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by:
- Uninstalling the App from your device
- Canceling your account and subscription
- Ceasing all use of the App
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination (by either party):
- All rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately end
- You must stop using the App and delete it from your device
- Outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable
- Service Provider may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability limitations, dispute resolution) will continue to apply
11. Children's Use (COPPA Compliance)
- Linkedify is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- If you are under 13, you must not use the App or provide any personal information
- Parents and guardians: If you believe your child has used the App or shared personal data without permission, please contact us immediately at work.shtim@gmail.com
- We will promptly delete any information collected from children under 13
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Service Provider may revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page or within the App
- The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated
- Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes
- Material changes may be communicated through in-app notifications or email
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Informal negotiation: Contact us first at work.shtim@gmail.com to attempt resolution
- Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
- Jurisdiction: Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
Waiver of Class Actions:
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Your content or data submitted through the App
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Service Provider regarding the App.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver:
Failure by Service Provider to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment:
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without Service Provider's prior written consent
- Service Provider may assign these Terms without restriction
Force Majeure:
Service Provider is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God, internet outages, government actions).
Export Compliance:
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
Feedback:
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the App may be used by Service Provider without obligation or compensation to you.

17. Acknowledgment
By using Linkedify, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
- You have reviewed our Privacy Policy
- You meet the minimum age requirement (13 years or older)
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You understand that the App is provided "as is" without warranties
